Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling the various marketing activities of his/her assigned brand group/s. Ensures the achievement of sales, profit, market share, and over-all business objectives. Directs marketing activities which translate to building his/her assigned brands within their respective categories. Responsible for the conceptualization, formulation, development and actual implementation of marketing strategies and plans aligned to the corporate business objectives. Performs regular assessment of market development, competitive activities, business opportunities, price movements, and trade performances and makes informed decisions that are deemed advantageous for brand building, sustained market penetration, and business growth.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

Responsibilities
Supervises the R & D Section of the Technical Services group in the area of product/process development. Coordinates closely with the Marketing group to be able to deliver the Company's products road map in a timely manner. Works with raw and packaging material suppliers in order to keep abreast with the evolving new product technologies.
Requirements:
